About the Role
Gardner Champion Solicitors is seeking Paralegals at all levels to join our growing legal teams as the firm continues to expand its pod-based structure.
We welcome applications from individuals at early, intermediate, and senior paralegal stages, including those looking to build long-term careers in law, gain practical experience, or progress towards qualification.
Roles will be tailored to experience, with responsibilities and support aligned accordingly.

Paralegal Levels Explained
Entry-Level / Junior Paralegal
Suitable for graduates, career changers, or those starting in legal services.
Typical responsibilities:
- Supporting fee earners with file administration and case preparation
- Drafting basic correspondence and documents under supervision
- Managing documents, bundles, and case management systems
- Assisting with client onboarding, AML, and compliance checks
- General administrative support within the team
Paralegal / Intermediate Level
Suitable for candidates with prior paralegal or legal support experience.
Typical responsibilities:
- Managing allocated tasks on live matters with increasing autonomy
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Liaising with clients, third parties, and internal teams
- Supporting solicitors with progressing cases efficiently
- Maintaining accurate file notes and records
- Assisting with post-completion and follow-up work
Senior Paralegal
Suitable for experienced paralegals with strong technical knowledge.
Typical responsibilities:
- Managing aspects of files independently under supervision
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and third parties
- Supporting and mentoring junior paralegals
- Reviewing work and supporting quality control
- Assisting solicitors with more complex matters
- Contributing to process improvement and team efficiency
