Gardner Champion Solicitors is seeking a Solicitor specialising in Residential Conveyancing to join our established and growing property team.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
- Handling a range of matters including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Providing clear, timely, and practical advice to clients
- Maintaining high standards of compliance with:
- SRA regulations
- CQS requirements
- Internal quality and risk procedures
- Liaising professionally with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
- Using case management systems efficiently to progress matters
- Contributing positively to the wider property team and firm culture
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
- Experience in residential conveyancing (NQ+ welcome with relevant experience)
- Ability to manage files independently and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- A professional, client-focused approach
- Comfortable working within structured processes and quality standards
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to contribute to continuous improvement
